If you have an issue with a small business, please contact the business first and allow them the opportunity to resolve the situation. Payments for Community Success subscriptions are non-refundable. You can downgrade to the Basic (free) plan when you cancel your subscription. If you are a Premium subscriber (monthly) and you downgrade to the Basic plan, your profile will continue to be displayed with the Premium benefits until the end of the month’s billing cycle. After that, you will not be charged a monthly fee and your profile will be displayed as a Basic listing. There will be no refunds before the month is up.
If you are a Featured subscriber (annual) and cancel your subscription, your profile will continue to be displayed with the Featured benefits until the end of the year’s billing cycle. After that, you will not be charged a yearly fee and your profile will be displayed as a Basic listing. There will be no refunds before the year is up.
The vendors under the Featured subscription plans are guaranteed to get at least once a month on Community Success Instagram Stories. We may repost content from your page to our Instagram/Facebook stories tagging your business so that customers can follow you directly.

Yes, you can! Monthly and Annual subscriptions automatically renew until you cancel your plan or choose to switch to the Basic plan.
After you are logged in, click on ‘Account Settings’ link, you will see the ‘Current Password’ field, type your current password in this field and your new password on the fields ‘Password’ and ‘Retype Password’, then hit the submit button.
If you forget your password, please click on the ‘Forgot your Password?’ link of the front of the main page on the SIGN IN Page. The password recovery email will be sent to the email address provided from your Contact Information. The email will contain a link which will redirect the user to the ‘Manage Account’ section, where the password can be updated.
